Journalist and athlete Mr. Ishraq Nazir visited Overseas Hospital, Mandi Bahauddin, where he conducted a detailed review of the hospital’s high-quality and modern medical facilities.
On this occasion, Mr. Nasir Abbas Tarar, Chairman of Pakistan Public Help Foundation, Mr. Parvez Gondal, Member of the Management Committee, and Mr. Abdul Haleem Qazi warmly welcomed the distinguished guest and gave him a comprehensive tour of the hospital’s various departments.
During the briefing, it was shared that all medical services at Overseas Hospital are provided completely free of cost to poor and deserving patients, while very minimal and subsidized charges have been set for those who can afford to pay.
Appreciating the hospital’s excellent cleanliness, advanced medical equipment, well-organized treatment system, and high standard of patient care, Mr. Ishraq Nazir stated that Overseas Hospital is in no way inferior to any standard European hospital in terms of facilities, and is commendably serving the public purely on a charitable basis.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Nasir Abbas Tarar, Chairman of Pakistan Public Help Foundation, said that the establishment of Overseas Hospital is driven by the spirit of serving humanity, ensuring that no citizen is deprived of medical treatment due to financial constraints. He further added that medical facilities at the hospital are continuously being upgraded so that the public can access international-standard healthcare at the local level.
