Overseas Hospital Mandi bahauddin

Overseas Hospital in M.B. Din, Established in 2023 july, is a 28-bed facility specializing in gynecology, surgery, urology, dental, pediatrics, and neonatology. The hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient services with 92% bed occupancy rate. It operates a 24/7 emergency room, NICU (8 beds, for ventilator care), pharmacy, laboratory diagnostics, radiology (X-ray), and two operating theaters. An ambulance service is available also.

The medical team includes Medical officers, General surgeons, Nurses, and additional technical staff, with comprehensive support from administrative, housekeeping, and security personnel. Serving up to 2,500 inpatients and performing 350-400 surgeries annually, the hospital faces financial constraints and needs urgent funding to support its services and future growth.

Muhammad Nazir Memorial Hospital

Nazeer Memorial Health Services, established in 2016 in New City Town, Malakwal, is a multi-specialty hospital managed by the Pakistan Public Help Foundation. The facility primarily offers eye and general medical services, seeing around 60 patients daily. Key services include Eye and General OPD , an Eye Surgery Theater and an emergency room equipped with oxygen, basic life support, and minor procedure capabilities. The pharmacy operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the hospital treats an estimated 18,720 inpatients and performs 600 eye surgeries annually.

The hospital staff comprises Medica Officers, including an Optometrist and a Vitreo-retinal surgeon, along with supporting staff. Facing financial constraints, the hospital urgently requires modern equipment, including an ultrasound machine, and an ambulance to reach underserved rural areas. Monthly donations are also needed to subsidize surgeries for low-income patients. Financial support would allow the hospital to enhance its services and expand to meet the growing needs of the community.

Pakistan is facing multifarious social problems for years ranging from poverty to civic ignorance and lack of basic facilities of life. People face severe problems in terms of health, education, and economy. The country stands at 154th position in Human Development Index (HDI) and almost 51% of Pakistan’s population is deprived of basic necessities (health, education, etc.).
