Light Returned — The Lamps of Vision Rekindled at Overseas Eye Hospital

Under the supervision of Pakistan Public Help Foundation, 28 deserving patients successfully underwent free eye surgeries, bringing tears of joy to their faces.

The journey of service, compassion, and spreading light continues with new spirit at the Overseas Eye Hospital, Mandi Bahauddin, under the foundation’s care.

On Saturday, October 18, a team of skilled and dedicated doctors performed 28 successful free surgeries, marking not just a medical achievement, but also a beautiful expression of humanity and empathy.

After their surgeries, the patients, overwhelmed with emotion, shared heartfelt words of gratitude — praising the doctors and medical staff for their kindness, respect, and professionalism.

It was a truly soul-stirring scene — as some regained their sight and others saw their world illuminated once again, one phrase echoed through the hospital halls:
“Alhamdulillah!” (Praise be to Allah)

The administration of Pakistan Public Help Foundation stated that their mission is to provide modern eye care facilities to the underprivileged, ensuring that no one remains in darkness due to poverty.

In the end, the hospital team, doctors, and volunteers prayed that Allah accepts this noble act, and that the mission of spreading light, hope, and healing continues forever.
