Agenda Points:
1. Review of Welfare Activities:
An overview was taken of the ongoing welfare projects in Chot Dheeran, Mandi Bahauddin, over the past four years, including health, sanitation, financial aid, etc. The members expressed satisfaction and offered valuable suggestions.
2. New Proposals and Projects:
Projects: Agreement to work on new projects.
Security: Consideration of installing CCTV cameras.
Facilities: Plans for a park, library, sports ground, and community center.
3. Acknowledgment of Funding and Donors:
Tribute was paid to the donors who have consistently provided funds and donations for Chot Dheeran.
A proposal for a monthly contribution of 500 PKR from each household was discussed.
4. Vision 2030:
Discussion on new projects under the Chot Dheeran Vision 2030 plan.
5. Recognition of Members:
New members were welcomed.
Local committee members of Chot Dheeran were commended.
6. Next Meeting:
Decision to hold a consultative meeting at the end of each month in Paris.
