Paris, France β€” July 15, 2025 emerged as a remarkable and memorable day when the Pakistan Public Help Foundation (PPHF) hosted a grand and dignified ceremony at the prestigious Royal Palace in Paris. The event was held to pay heartfelt tribute to Pakistan’s renowned thinker, educator, author, and youth icon β€” Qasim Ali Shah.

This was not just a ceremonial gathering β€” it was the continuation of a movement grounded in the timeless values of humanity, education, leadership, and service.


A Procession of Honor, Dignity, and Devotion

The event commenced with a graceful and soul-stirring reception at the Floral House Hotel, led by Nasir Abbas Tarar and Asmatullah. Notable personalities in the welcoming caravan included: Ali Asad Tarar, Mudassar Nawaz Tarar, Azhar Hussain Tarar, Imran Gondal, Aslam Gondal, Qaswar Abbas Tarar, Mumtaz Tarar Lidher, Imtiaz Sikandar Chot Dheeran, Azam Gondal, and Lala Deep.

The grand reception at Royal Palace was splendidly hosted under the leadership of Director Sarfraz Ahmad Raan and his dedicated team: Ijaz Babar Sahi, Zaheer Sikandar Warraich, Humayoun Sikandar Warraich, Arif Gondal, Ashfaq Jutt, Guzar Langrial, and Tahir Sahi.

The ceremony began with a soulful recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Qari Ahmad, followed by an emotionally moving Naat by Zahid Mehmood Chishti, which captivated the hearts of the audience.

The master of ceremonies, Sahibzada Atiq, President of the Press Club France, carried out the proceedings with a beautiful and engaging narrative, adding emotional depth to every segment.


PPHF β€” A Radiant Journey of Service

A powerful documentary showcasing PPHF’s mission, vision, and impactful service journey of over two decades was presented. Chairman Nasir Abbas Tarar gave an impassioned speech, highlighting key projects under PPHF, including:

  • Nazir Memorial Hospital
  • Ramadan Dastarkhwan
  • Rising Generation School
  • Overseas Hospital
  • Khidmat Card System
  • Educational Scholarships
  • Free Medical Camps

A Landmark Announcement β€” β€œPPHF World Humanity Center”

The defining moment of the event came with a historic announcement:

Nasir Abbas Tarar revealed that a 15-story “PPHF World Humanity Center” will be constructed on 100 kanal of donated land in Mandi Bahauddin, with an estimated cost of over 1 billion PKR.

This center will provide:

  • Permanent welfare services for the underprivileged
  • Access to quality education
  • Social welfare offices
  • A leadership development hub

Special Guest β€” Address by Zia Ullah Shah

Honorable Member of Punjab Assembly and Parliamentary Secretary for Emergency Services, Zia Ullah Shah, honored PPHF’s work with heartfelt praise, saying:

β€œOverseas Pakistanis are the backbone of our society, and their efforts are a guiding light for future generations.”


Qasim Ali Shah β€” A Voice of Vision and Passion

The most moving part of the evening was the deeply inspiring speech by Qasim Ali Shah, who said:

β€œAllah has given us limited time β€” and we must use it for service, reform, and leadership.”

He shared that his foundation supports over 700 students annually in preparing for CSS and other competitive exams. In collaboration with PPHF, future plans include scholarships, leadership workshops, and higher education opportunities for deserving students of Mandi Bahauddin.


A Graceful Conclusion β€” Prayers, Gratitude, and New Resolve

The event concluded with a heartfelt prayer by Hafiz Iqbal Ahmad.

Humayoun Sikandar Warraich, Director of PPHF and Chairman of Overseas Hospital, extended deep gratitude to all guests, media personnel, and volunteers.
