Nazir Memorial Health Services, Malakwal, which is run in collaboration with Pakistan Public Aid Trust and Pakistan Public Help Foundation, will conduct eye surgeries for deserving, poor, and needy people on Sunday, September 8. The hospital, located in Mohallah Sabri New City Town, Malakwal, is also undergoing expansion and upgradation. Since 2001, over 10,000 people have undergone successful eye surgeries here. Now, surgeries are performed twice a month, and special doctors from Islamabad come to perform the operations. A respected citizen praised the hospital, saying that surgeries are done in a modern and excellent manner, and the cost is much lower as compared to private hospitals. The hospital also provides free surgeries to the poor and needy, thanks to the generosity of Nasser Abbas Tarar, who established this hospital for the benefit of the underprivileged. Patients who underwent surgery praised the doctors and staff, saying they received excellent care and medication. Pakistan Public Aid Trust and Pakistan Public Help Foundation invite those who cannot afford eye surgeries to come to this hospital for free treatment and encourage donors to support the cause.
